Great item - this parasol is a real eye catcher and is the second one I ordered. I get compliments on then wherever I go and they really do make sunny days a lot more skin-friendly! I gave shipping four stars because the parasol wasn't wrapped in anything and there was some space in the box that had no packing. USPS did a number on that box by the time it arrived and while it doesn't look damaged and seems to operate fine, it had to get thrown around a bit inside the extra space in the box. I think it's too expensive an item to ship without some kind of wrapping / space fillers in the box.

Beautiful. However not quite exactly as pictured. A bit loose. They offered to replace it. Great customer service!
